Hans-Dirk Walter is Chief Executive Officer of Canoo Engineering. He is founding partner and has been working for Canoo since 1999. He has a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe. Before joining Canoo, he worked as Vice President and head of the Database Department at a major Swiss bank. In January 2007 he was appointed CEO.
